Welcome to The Brunch at East Atlanta! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or dining at our restaurant, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Information
The Brunch at East Atlanta operates as a cashless restaurant, and we proudly serve halal-only meat. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Reservations & Walk-ins

• We accept both reservations and walk-ins, subject to availability.

• Reservation no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.

• Large party reservations may require a deposit.
   

3. Payments & Pricing

• Cashless Policy: We do not accept cash. Payments must be made via credit/debit card, mobile wallets, or other approved electronic methods.

• Prices listed on our website and menu are subject to change without notice.

• A  20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill for all parties. This policy ensures our team members are fairly compensated for their exceptional service.
   

4. Online Orders & Cancellations

• Orders placed online are final and may not be canceled once confirmed.

• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Uber Eats or DoorDash immediately.

• Refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.
   

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards purchased through The Brunch at East Atlanta do not expire and are non-refundable.

• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
   

6. Conduct & Responsibility

• We aim to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while dining with us. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
   

7. Website Usage

• Our website content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by The Brunch at East Atlanta and may not be used without permission.

• You may not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
   

8. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our menu items are free from cross-contamination of allergens. Please inform your server of any food allergies before ordering.
   

9. Liability Disclaimer

• We strive to provide accurate information, but we are not responsible for errors on our website or menu.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brunch at East Atlanta is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
