Refund Policy

At The Brunch at East Atlanta, we strive to provide excellent food and service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing concerns fairly. Please review our refund policy below.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

1. Dine-In Orders

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for food or drinks once they have been prepared and served.

  • If you experience an issue with your meal (e.g., incorrect order, quality concerns), please notify your server immediately so we can resolve it.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
     

2. Online Orders & Takeout

  • Once an online or takeout order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 1 hour of pickup with proof (photo or receipt). We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
     

3. Event & Large Party Deposits

  • Deposits for large party reservations or private events are non-refundable, unless canceled at least 72 hours in advance.

  • In cases of unexpected closures or emergencies on our end, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the event.
     

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotional discounts or offers are final and cannot be refunded or credited once used.
     

5. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us at thebrunchatea@gmail.com within 7 days of your visit. We will review the transaction and provide a resolution if applicable.
